Mission Statement
Shenango Presbyterian SeniorCare is a Christian, charitable
organization serving older adults of all faiths, primarily in
Mercer and Lawrence counties, by providing a continuum of
quality living environments and services which support and
assist individuals to remain as independent as possible.

Shenango Presbyterian SeniorCare pursues this mission to
its Christian heritage and values with a commitment to:

• Building strong relationships with the Presbytery,
  its churches, and the communities we serve;
• Maintaining an informed and active Board of
  Directors and effective Committee structure;
• Developing affiliations with health and community
  service organizations;
• Insuring the financial stability of current and
  future operations
• Enhancing employee job satisfaction; and
• Maintaining an appropriate management structure which is
  effective, cost efficient, and sensitive to the needs of those served;

So as to assure quality in all programs and facilities.
